RATES:
Axis will quote all model rates separately. All usage to be negotiated as rates apply to shooting time only. Runway, informals, showroom, presentations and production fees, must be negotiated prior to booking. Trade show rates negotiable depending on length of booking.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS:
Tentative bookings may be cancelled at any time by either the model or the client at no charge. The agency reserves the right to cancel the booking, allowing other secondary bookings to take precedence.

DEFINITE BOOKINGS:
All day bookings are computed on an eight consecutive hour day basis. Before 9:00 am or after 5:30 pm, or after eight consecutive hours, time and one-half of the hourly rate will be charged, unless specific arrangements have been negotiated with Axis. Weekend and holiday rates to be negotiated separately.

Single or multiple bookings, hair, make-up, nail requirements, wardrobe, billing information or any other special requirements must be specified by client when placing definite bookings.

PREPARATION:
Fittings, make-up, hair styling, rehearsals, etc. charged at full fee 

TRAVEL TIME:
Negotiated prior to booking

CANCELLATIONS:
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours notice, one half fee; less than twenty-four hours notice, full fee.

WEATHER PERMIT CANCELLATIONS:
Type of weather permit must be specified at the time of booking. With a firm holdover on a rescheduled booking date using the same model, half fee. Otherwise normal cancellation policy applies.

PRODUCT BOOKINGS:
All consumer product bookings and bonuses are subject to negotiation prior to booking date. Please check with agency for conflicts. No bookings for consumer packages, posters or billboards, point-of-purchase displays, hang tags, national ads or other high exposure use or personal products, use of models name or exclusivity may be made without agency clearance.

LINGERIE/UNDERWEAR:
Double hourly rates apply to the wearing of bras, panties, slips, pantyhose, jockey and boxer shorts, sleepwear, transparent or translucent garments. Closed set required.

FILM & VIDEO:
Must be negotiated prior to session.

AGENCY FEE:
An agency service charge of 20% will be applied to all billings. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to all invoices not paid within thirty days. No release is valid and photographs or images may not be used in any manner until the invoice is paid in full.
